Our annual accounting, tax and audit service is designed for people who would like to manage the day to day paper work of their fund but need an accountant to look after the annual compliance work.

Our service includes:

• Preparation of the annual financial statements
• Preparation of annual members statements
• Preparation and lodgment of the income tax return with the ATO
• Preparation and lodgment of the regulatory return with the ATO
• Provision of year-end fund reports including a market valuation report
• Preparation of annual minutes/resolutions of trustees/members
• Pension commencement documentation at financial year end only (fixed fee covers one pa)
• Audit of the fund by an approved auditor
• Preparation of Centrelink documentation at year end only
• Arranging for an actuarial certification if required (additional charge for the actuary certificate)

* This fee includes GST and is subject to:

• The fund being a complying fund and not being in breach of the SIS Act and not requiring a qualified audit report
• An additional fee of $330 for each non standard assets. Non standard assets include but are not limited to direct property, unlisted unit trusts, collectables, agricultural investments, unlisted public company shares, private company shares.
• Additional $550 for funds with segregated assets
• Additional $550 for funds with assets in both accumulation and pension phase
• All required information being supplied before work has commenced. An additional fee of $250 will be charge each time we need to contact you to obtain information you failed to provide us.
• We reserve the right to charge additional fees if transaction volumes are significantly high
